Here is an example of a daily recreation schedule (activities 7 days a week):

May 1 – May 22 Relax and enjoy fishing in our 50 acre lake, roast marshmallows by the campfire, take a walk or bike around the park. Discounts on campsites and rental units during this time period.
May 23 – May 26 6th Annual Mardi Gras Weekend Yogi Bear’s ready to party Cajun style! Parade on Saturday afternoon, make a king/queen crown, piñata fun, balloon stomp and a Masquerade Ball with DJ “Sounds of Entertainment” on Sunday night! (3 nights required).
May 30 – June 1 Flash Back to the 50’s & 60’s Hula Hoop contest, sack races, 3-legged races, bubble gum blowing contest, root beer float social ($), enjoy the classic ‘Grease’ on Friday night!.
June 6 – June 8 Summer Bash Start your summer with some fun in the sun! Pool games, sand volleyball, squirt gun fights, karaoke, sand castle building contest, plus more fun!.
June 13 – June 15 5th Annual Chocolate Challenge Slip-n-slide into chocolate, chocolate tug-of-war, create a M&M picture, candy bar bingo, contest for the most creative candy bar costume, enjoy the movie ‘Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium’ Saturday night!.
June 20 – June 22 5th Annual Grand Prix Start your engines!! Decorate your own cardboard box-car for a race on Saturday afternoon. Prizes for the most creative dressed crew & most unique and silliest car, remote control car/truck races (bring your own to participate), draw & design your favorite race car, karaoke contest and more fun to come!.
June 27 – June 29 Pirates/Under the Sea Adventure Ahoy Mateys! Go on a treasure hunt, boat races, make a pirate hat, fishing contest, bubble games, pool games, play fish fish SHARK!, musical islands, Saturday night enjoy the movie ‘Hook’..
July 4 – July 6 Hooray for the Red, White and Blue Decorate your bikes for a parade on Saturday afternoon, karaoke, ceramics, family relays, glow stick wagon ride, Dance the night away with DJ “Sounds of Entertainment” Saturday night. 1st Annual Miss Jellystone Pageant will be held-- so ladies dress up your guy and enter him in our contest!! (3 nights required).
July 11 – July 13 Safari Weekend Family canoe races, scavenger hunt, fishing contest, magic leaf drawing, R-H-I-N-O basketball game, enjoy the movie ‘Jungle Book 2’ on Saturday night after Iguana Rob shows us all his cool animals!.
July 18 – July 20 Christmas in July Santa comes to visit Yogi and friends! Pictures with Santa Saturday afternoon. Scavenger hunt, ceramics, freeze tag, glow stick wagon ride, contest for best decorated site and the winner will receive certificate for 1 night free!.
July 25 – July 27 Yogi’s Birthday Happy Birthday Yogi! Create a special card for Yogi, pin the tie on Yogi, piñata fun, balloon stomp, cupcake decorating ($), Shuffles the Clown comes to visit on Saturday! .
August 1 – August 3 Cindy’s Luau Aloha Campers! Sand castle building, limbo contest, pineapple ring toss, make your own lei, family volleyball, hot coconut, Dance the night away with DJ “Sounds of Entertainment” Saturday night! .
August 8 – August 10 Wacky Water Weekend Wet wagon rides, games at the pool, squirt gun wars, water balloon relays, water limbo, duck duck SPLASH!, Saturday night enjoy Lilo & Stitch 2..
August 15 – August 17 Wild, Wild West Come out for a foot stomping, hand slapping good time! Best dressed cowboy/cowgirl contest, horseshoe tournament, water gun shoot-out, fishing contest, root “beer” chug-a-lug contest, make your own cowboy vest and more fun to come!.
August 22 – August 24 Yogi’s Olympics Boat races, race around the lake, pie eating contest, tug-of-war, home run derby, guys vs. girls volleyball, pool relays and more!
August 29 – September 1 Halloween Weekend #1 Kids of all ages bring your costumes for a contest at 3pm on Saturday followed by Trick-n-Treating at 4pm (if you would like to pass out candy, please bring enough for 400 kids), scavenger hunt, pin the nose on the pumpkin, walk on the witch’s hat, glow stick wagon ride Saturday night, Halloween craft, enjoy the movie ‘Casper’ Friday night, and be sure to wear your scary costumes to the Spook-Tacular Dance with DJ “Sounds of Entertainment” on Sunday night! (3 nights required)
September 5 – September 7 Ohio State Weekend Come and enjoy a tailgate party!! Sit back, relax and enjoy past Ohio State Games. Tag football, kick-off contest, football charades and more! GO BUCKEYES!
September 12 – September 14 Oktoberfest Come join the 3rd annual festival at our park! Enjoy great food and live entertainment. Free admission to the festival when you camp with us!
September 19 – September 21 Super Bowl Enter our 2nd annual Chili Cook Off! Sign up to play in our 2nd Annual Tag Football Tournament. Winner will receive a trophy and will be displayed in our Ranger Station.
September 26 – September 28 Halloween Weekend #2 Walk thru the 4th Annual Haunted Bizzy Barn, bring your costumes for a costume contest followed by trick-n-treating (if you would like to pass out candy, please bring enough for 150 kids), candy bar bingo, enjoy the movie ‘Monsters Inc.’ on Friday night, NEW- Haunted Glow Stick Wagon Ride! Contest for best decorated site and the winner will receive certificate for 1 night free!
September 29 – October 15 Fall Weekends Sit back, relax and enjoy the changing of fall colors, go fishing in our 50 acre lake, roast marshmallows by the campfire, playgrounds, and the peacefulness!!!!
